Our Services
Three defined services for three stages of the pension process
Each service is designed to address a particular point in the administrative process — so you engage the support that your situation actually requires, not more and not less.
Return to homepageOur methodology
Every service at Aram Legal begins in the same way: with a written agreement about what the work covers, what it costs, and what you can expect in terms of progress updates. Nothing is filed on your behalf without your prior review and approval. Nothing is decided on your behalf without your prior knowledge.
We work from the written record outward. That means our first task in any matter is to understand what documents exist, what they say, and what — if anything — is missing. From that foundation, we build: drafting carefully, reviewing thoroughly, and filing only when the document is as complete and well-argued as we can make it.
Where statutory deadlines apply — and in pension administrative matters they often do — we track them carefully and communicate them to you in advance with adequate time to make considered decisions.
Pension Documentation Preparation
A patient service for clients who are about to apply for a pension and would like their documentation prepared carefully before submission. The work covers a written review of the available evidence, identification of any documents that may be missing, drafting of the application file, and a final read-through with the client before submission.
The aim is to bring all documents into a clear, coherent file so the application is presented to the pension authority in the best possible written form from the outset.

- Drafting of the complete application file

- 02 Guidance on gathering any additional material
- 03 Application file drafted and shared with you

Decision Letter Response Drafting
A focused service for clients who have received a decision letter they do not understand or do not agree with. The work covers a written explanation of what the decision says in plain language, identification of the options available within the relevant time period, and drafting of an appropriate response.
The response is shared with the client for their approval before it is sent, so the client knows what is being said on their behalf and may ask for adjustments. A short note explains the next likely steps after the response is filed.
What this service includes
- Plain-language explanation of the decision received
- Written overview of available options and their implications
- Drafting of the response for client review and approval
- Filing of the approved response within the deadline
- Written note on likely next steps after filing
Process steps
- 01 Review of the decision letter and relevant correspondence
- 02 Plain-language explanation prepared and shared with you
- 03 Response drafted and shared for your review
- 04 Adjustments made per your instructions
- 05 Approved response filed with a note on next steps
Typical duration: 5–7 working days from receipt of the decision letter

Standards applied across all services
These practices are not specific to one service tier — they apply to every matter the practice takes on.
Data security and confidentiality
All client documents are held on secure, access-controlled systems in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. They are not shared without the client's knowledge.
Everything documented in writing
Verbal discussions are followed with a written summary. All significant decisions and filings have a written record. Clients receive copies of all material submitted on their behalf.
Deadline monitoring
We track statutory response windows and notify clients of approaching deadlines with sufficient lead time for considered, unhurried decisions.
No filing without client approval
Every document submitted to the pension authority on the client's behalf is reviewed and approved by that client first. Adjustments are welcomed and accommodated.
Continuing professional development
Principal advisers maintain their professional standing through the Lawyers Council of Thailand and complete annual continuing education requirements, with a focus on administrative procedure.
Defined scope, clearly agreed
The scope of each engagement is set out in writing before work begins. Changes to scope are discussed and agreed before any additional work is undertaken.
Service fees
All fees are fixed, stated in Thai Baht, and inclusive of the scope of work described above. There are no additional charges unless a significant change of scope is agreed in advance and in writing.
